Gurukulameduventures Online Classes
(For Students of Grade 5 to 12)

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

• Students must be enrolled in classes from 5th to 12th grade to join Gurukulameduventures online courses.
• Accurate information must be provided during registration. False or misleading details may result in suspension or termination of access.

2. Fees and Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per the chosen payment plan before the course begins.
• Payment is non-refundable except under exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of Gurukulameduventures.
• Late payments may attract penalties or denial of access to classes.

3. Class Access and Platform Usage

• Classes will be conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or other platforms. Students will receive login credentials upon registration.
• Sharing login details or class content with others is strictly prohibited.
• Students must attend classes punctually and regularly.

4. Code of Conduct

• Students must behave respectfully toward teachers and peers.
• Any form of misbehavior, cyberbullying, or use of offensive language will result in disciplinary action.
• Students are expected to follow the class schedule, complete assignments, and participate in evaluations.

5. Parental Involvement

• Parents/Guardians are encouraged to monitor their child’s attendance and engagement.
• Communication regarding progress or concerns will be sent to the registered email or phone number.

6. Use of Study Material

• Study materials provided (PDFs, videos, presentations, etc.) are for personal academic use only.
• Reproduction, sharing, or commercial use of materials is strictly prohibited without written consent.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Personal data collected during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for academic and administrative purposes.
• Classes may be recorded for quality and review purposes; by joining, you consent to this.

8. Technical Requirements

• Students must ensure access to a stable internet connection and a compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone).
• Gurukulameduventures is not responsible for issues caused by personal device malfunctions or connectivity problems.

9. Cancellation and Termination

• Gurukulameduventures reserves the right to cancel any course or deny access to any student for policy violations.
• In case of termination due to misconduct, no refund will be issued.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Gurukulameduventures shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
• Educational outcomes are dependent on student participation and cannot be guaranteed.

11. Modifications

Gurukulameduventures reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Students/Parents will be notified of major changes.
